And turned it into:
All sorts of bits made their way onto this conversion. I have pieces from the Gorkanaut, the Dakkajet, Burna-Boyz, Warbikerz, and more.
The wings were the last thing I added since I felt it didn't look right. I was happy I did!
I put a grot on the back tossin' some stick-bombs. I am glad I finished another jet since the one I built with my Dad broke. I am going to rebuild it a little smaller and more in line with the dimensions of the real kit. I am also going to make it a bit sturdier. Thanks for checking it out.
Also! I am going to be working on expanding my blog-roll so if you want to get on let me know. Just be 40k related. Thanks!
The wings make it look so much better, good choice ;-) Additionally, I don't think there is a single thing in the Citadel range that wouldn't look cool with a Grot hanging off the back throwing a stick-bomb...
ReplyDeleteI totally agree! Thanks for checking it out.
DeleteI love this great idea of a Mek workshop ^^ I must to make a Mine's Landa because I've not Flying unit...
ReplyDeleteAwesome work on this kit :)
Thanks!
DeleteThe Mad Mek, great way to enhance a rather poor design of a model, was never a fan of the storm talon. You really made something great here. Excellent job!
ReplyDeleteIt really is a poor looking model normally. That's the benefit of looking at things with an ork perspective. Thanks for the compliment.
